Description: Eighty-four non-resupinate flowers on ten 16.0 cm terminal pendant inflorescences and two immature inflorescences on four of eleven 40.0 to 79.0 cm canes; dorsal sepal green-cream with three dark maroon longitudinal stripes; petals yellow-cream with three dark maroon longitudinal stripes; lateral sepals fused forming hood, green-cream with six dark maroon longitudinal stripes; lip "U" shaped, translucent yellow, marked light maroon, superior margin orange, column, green-cream proximally, yellow cream distally; anther cap white; substance firm, texture waxy. Pleurothallis lamellaris , award 20124907, has been determined to be Pleurothallis bicornis by SITF (Oct 2014).
